Clean Hands, Healthy Communities: Celebrating the World Handwashing Day in the Fight Against Mpox in DRC
This article explains that even though the DRC is the epicentre of Mpox, certain areas are not yet affected because local communities, supported by World Vision, have anticipated the situation by developing hygiene practices to protect themselves against this epidemic. Constant hand-washing is one of the solutions they have adopted, and children are protected in this way.
